Availability depends on whether you are selecting from our existing designs or starting a custom manufacturing project:

• Selected Ready-Made Designs: Individual or single-piece purchases may be available for selected house designs, subject to availability.
• Sample Orders: Before committing to a bulk order, you can order a custom prototype sample to verify material quality and craftsmanship.
• Custom OEM/ODM Projects & Mass Production: Because bespoke tooling, mold making, and material preparation may be required for custom designs, mass production orders are subject to minimum order quantities. Our typical MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design, with pilot runs starting from 300 pieces, depending on the product and manufacturing process. We do not offer single-piece custom manufacturing across all product categories.

From initial sampling to full-scale production, all custom projects are manufactured according to your specifications. A standard custom sample typically takes 7–10 business days to prepare after all design files and project specifications have been finalized. Because every project is made to order, the exact sampling timeline depends on several key stages:

• Material & Process Selection: Preparing the required precious-metal materials, custom tooling, and specialized craft setups.

Complex multi-process pieces or R&D projects may require additional prototyping time, which our team will confirm during quotation.

Yes, we support private-label manufacturing and custom branding for corporate gifts, promotional collections, and precious-metal collectibles. Depending on the product structure and manufacturing process, custom branding can be applied to the precious-metal surface or selected display components. Clients may submit their own logos, brand assets, personalized text, serial numbering, or authorized artwork for evaluation. All custom layouts and designs undergo an engineering review to confirm design and manufacturing feasibility prior to sampling. Any trademarked or licensed content must be accompanied by proper authorization.

Shipping arrangements, including express courier services such as DHL or FedEx and air freight, can be tailored based on your destination country, order volume, and project requirements.
